December 12th 2018 took place the first Renafan-Symposium for outpatient intensive care in Hannover, Germany. It has been a very good conference with lots of interesting speeches. Marine Medical Solutions was honoured by having been asked to speak about „Quality of Life for critically ill people – does traveling matter?“, what in our opinion indeed is the case. 60% of Germans state that travelling has a high value to their quality of life – what make the difference in this aspect for disabled and critical ill people as long they are in a stable condition?

It has been a pleasure on top to complete this with Katja Fröhlich from EXP360 in a workshop about „virtual travelling“.
