Publication about „Nurse at Sea“ in the German magazine „Lebenslang“

In March we launched the new course „Nurse at Sea“. The goal out of this is to get Nurses best prepared to work at Sea, mainly on Cruiseships. As we experienced – preparation is the most promising factor to get turnover rates decreased, professional success and satisfaction increased with benefit to all people involved in a working environment which is hardly to anticipate. Since March the awareness has risen rapidly by nurses, Cruiselines, educational institutions and the media. Here an example from the online-Magazine „Lebenslang“ (sorry!, in German only) including an interview with Ramona Herrfurth who has been working as a Nurse on AIDA vessels for years.
